This Privacy Policy explains how IDK Strategies LLC, DBA Regenerative Atlas (operating the website at helpwithoutsurgery.com) (“Regenerative Atlas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Help Without Surgery at helpwithoutsurgery.com (the “Site”). Help Without Surgery is a marketing and patient-intake service operated on behalf of the medical practice of James C. Padula, DO. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Name, email address, phone/mobile number, and the details you enter in our assessment or webinar forms (such as affected area, symptom duration, imaging status, age range, and goals).
- Imaging status. Whether you have an MRI or X-ray and, if you choose, files you upload. Do not upload information you do not wish to share.
- Usage & device data. Pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, browser/device type, and similar analytics data collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Marketing attribution. UTM parameters and referral data used to understand which campaigns brought you to us.
How we use your information
- To schedule and provide your free consultation and follow up on your request.
- To send appointment details, reminders, and educational information you requested.
- To operate, secure, measure, and improve the Site and our services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
SMS / text messaging
Our Site forms may separately ask for two independent kinds of SMS consent. Each is optional, neither is a condition of any purchase or of receiving a consultation, and declining or later revoking one does not affect the other.
Appointment & service texts (optional). If you opt in, you agree to receive automated appointment-related text messages (SMS) — such as confirmations, reminders, consultation-request follow-ups, and educational/webinar information you requested — from Help Without Surgery at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies by your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Marketing & promotional texts (optional). If you separately opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages (SMS) — such as offers and updates — from Help Without Surgery at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing. We share your number only with the service providers who help us deliver these messages and your care, as described below.
How we share information
- The medical practice. Your request is reviewed by the medical practice of James C. Padula, DO to provide your consultation and care.
- Service providers. Vendors who host the Site, manage our CRM and messaging (e.g., our patient-management platform), and provide analytics — bound to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
- Financing partners. If you choose to apply for third-party treatment financing, the financing provider collects and processes your application information directly, under its own privacy policy — we do not control that processing.
- Legal & safety. When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics, cookies & advertising
We use cookies and analytics/advertising tools (which may include Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, and Vercel Analytics) to understand Site usage and measure marketing. Some of these tools may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, even though no money changes hands. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically detectable. Some measurement is performed server-side to improve accuracy and privacy.
Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices & rights

Health information
The Site is an informational and intake service, not a patient portal, and is not itself a HIPAA Covered Entity. Information you submit through our forms before a doctor-patient relationship is established is handled under this Policy. Once care begins, any protected health information you share as part of clinical treatment is handled by the medical practice of James C. Padula, DO under its own HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law.
Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
